CANWORKONE.SG EMPLOYMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking two driven sales/account managers to grow existing customer accounts and develop new business opportunities within the semiconductor industry in Singapore.

You will provide technical solutions and lead commercial discussions across internal teams to meet customer requirements. The ideal candidates hold an engineering- or related-discipline degree, with at least 2 years of sales experience in semiconductor equipment and a track record in building

Qualifications

2+ years of sales experience in semicon manufacturing equipment or related industries.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and commercial skills.
Ability to understand customer technical requirements and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive revenue growth.
Identify new business opportunities and expand sales within existing accounts.
Conduct market research and develop strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
Lead commercial discussions, pricing negotiations and customer engagements.
Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
Prepare and deliver product presentations, technical proposals, and detailed product specifications.
Coordinate with Operations, Design, Engineering and other internal teams to meet customer requirements.
Develop pricing strategies and marketing materials to support product introductions.
Manage the entire sales and account management process from opportunity to customer satisfaction.
Demonstrate persistence and a solutions-oriented approach to customer challenges.
