Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a Sales Manager for Semiconductor / Electronics. You will lead strategic accounts, drive revenue growth and coordinate with procurement, engineering and management teams.

Requires 5+ years in account management or technical sales, a degree in Business/Engineering/Marketing, and strong negotiation and presentation skills. On-site in Woodlands, 5 days a week, with a gross salary up to SGD 9,000 plus performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, technical sales or business development.
• Experience in semiconductor/manufacturing/engineering sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing strategic customer accounts to achieve revenue targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers' procurement, engineering and management teams.
• Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Work closely with technical teams to introduce products and value-added solutions.
• Prepare quotations, pricing proposals and support commercial negotiations.
• Manage contracts, sales forecasts, pipeline updates and account reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
• Participate in customer business reviews, technical discussions and project meetings.
• Provide regular sales updates and account development plans to management.
