in Singapore seeks a high-performance Semiconductor Sales Manager with a hunter mindset to drive new business development and regional revenue growth across Singapore and international markets. You will lead full-cycle B2B sales in the semiconductor and advanced manufacturing sectors, build new accounts from scratch, and engage with fabs, EMS/OEMs, and tier-1 suppliers while translating technical drawings into commercial opportunities and collaborating with

Formación

• 6+ years of B2B technical sales in semiconductor/electronics or industrial equipment industries.
• Experience in engineering-driven, long-cycle RFQ-based and project-based sales processes.
• Strong ability to engage engineers, procurement teams, and senior management; interpret drawings and manufacturing processes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new semiconductor and electronics manufacturing customers from scratch.
• Drive full-cycle B2B sales including lead generation, technical discussions, RFQ handling, negotiation, and closing.
• Conduct outbound sales activities daily via cold calls, LinkedIn, emails, and onsite visits.
• Build and manage relationships with semiconductor fabs, EMS/OEMs, automation equipment manufacturers, tier-1 suppliers, and global customers.
• Understand customer manufacturing processes and translate them into technical and commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, costing, and product teams to deliver competitive solutions.
• Review RFQs, technical drawings, DFM requirements, and equipment specifications.
• Identify and develop new market opportunities in Singapore and overseas (Asia, US, Europe).
• Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and strategic account expansion.
