Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to be assigned to customer sites in Singapore to provide MRO support. Working hours are 9AM-6PM, Monday to Friday, with a 12-month renewable contract.

The role involves hands-on maintenance, installation, and rapid troubleshooting of semiconductor equipment to maximize uptime and performance. Candidates with semiconductor field service experience are preferred; non-experienced hires are welcome and will receive on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Semiconductor equipment maintenance, installation, or field service experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, automation, electronics, aerospace, or related industries.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, automation, robotics, or industrial equipment.
• On-the-job training provided for non-experienced hires.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment, hardware, and process issues.
• Support customers to maximize uptime and performance.
• Participate in escalations and collaborate with engineering on technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain relationships.
