Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking multiple Customer Service Engineers to be assigned to customer sites to provide MRO support for a leading semiconductor client in Singapore.

The role covers installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment, with a focus on maximizing uptime and performance. On-site work requires reading engineering diagrams and collaborating with engineering teams, with a 12-month renewable contract in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance, installation, or field service is required.
• Experience in manufacturing, automation, electronics, aerospace, or related industries is preferred.
• Able to read engineering diagrams and documents.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment, hardware, and process-related issues.
• Support customers to maximize equipment uptime and performance.
• Participate in escalations and collaborate with engineering teams on technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
