Job summary

PERSOL is seeking multiple Customer Service Engineers to be assigned on customer sites in Singapore to provide MRO support. Contract: 12 months. Salary up to SGD 6,000 per month.

Responsibilities include installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of equipment; escalation handling; and collaboration with engineering teams to ensure uptime, safety, and quality. Strong customer-facing communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Semiconductor equipment maintenance, installation, or field service experience required or welcomed.
• Maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, or field service experience in manufacturing, automation, electronics, aerospace or related industries.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, automation, robotics, or industrial equipment.
• Non experienced hires are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment, hardware, and process-related issues.
• Support customers to maximize equipment uptime and performance.
• Participate in escalations and collaborate with engineering teams on technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
