Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking multiple customer service engineers to be assigned to customer sites for MRO support in the semiconductor sector. This contract role spans 12 months and offers renewal based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

Experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance, installation, or field service.
Experience in maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, or field service across manufacturing, automation, electronics, aerospace, or related industries.
Experience with electrical, mechanical, automation, robotics, or industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment.
Diagnose and resolve equipment, hardware, and process-related issues.
Support customers to maximize equipment uptime and performance.
Participate in escalations and collaborate with engineering teams on technical issues.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
