Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to be assigned to a customer site in Singapore for MRO support. The role is a 12-month contract with renewal/conversion based on performance and business needs.

Salary ranges from SGD 3,500 to SGD 5,500 depending on qualifications and experience. Responsibilities include installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment; diagnosing issues; supporting customers to maximize uptime; and collaborating with engineering teams

Qualifications

• Semiconductor equipment maintenance, installation, or field service experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, automation, electronics, aerospace, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment, hardware, and process-related issues.
• Support customers to maximize equipment uptime and performance.
• Participate in escalations and collaborate with engineering teams on technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
