Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking customer service engineers to support daily operations in the semiconductor sector. Working hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM, with on-site installations of fab equipment and hands-on training with senior engineers.

We welcome fast learners who can read engineering documents and diagrams, perform installations, and collaborate with engineering teams while ensuring safety and quality in a customer-facing role.

Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance, installation, or field service is preferred.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, automation, robotics, or industrial equipment is valued.
• Ability to read engineering documents and diagrams is desirable.
• Non-experienced hires are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment, hardware, and process-related issues.
• Support customers to maximize equipment uptime and performance.
• Participate in escalations and collaborate with engineering teams on technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
