is partnering with a leading semiconductor company to hire multiple Customer Service Engineers for on-site assignments to provide MRO support and maximize equipment uptime. The 12-month contract offers hands-on maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and close collaboration with engineering teams, with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across diverse facilities.

Qualifications

• Semiconductor equipment maintenance, installation, or field service experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, automation, electronics, aerospace, or related industries.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, automation, robotics, or industrial equipment.
• Non experienced hire are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment, hardware, and process-related issues.
• Support customers to maximize equipment uptime and performance.
• Participate in escalations and collaborate with engineering teams on technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
