Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is partnering with a leader in the semiconductor industry to recruit multiple customer service engineers who will be assigned to customer sites to provide MRO support.

Contract: 12 months; Salary up to SGD 6,000. Qualifications

• semiconductor equipment maintenance, installation, or field service experience.
• Maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, or field service experience from manufacturing, automation, electronics, aerospace, precision engineering, or related industries.
• Experience working with electrical, mechanical, automation, robotics, or industrial equipment.
• Non experienced hire are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment, hardware, and process-related issues.
• Support customers to maximize equipment uptime and performance.
• Participate in escalations and collaborate with engineering teams on technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
