PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a Customer Service Engineer to be assigned to customer sites in Singapore. You will provide maintenance, repair, and support for semiconductor equipment under a 12‑month contract.

Responsibilities include installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, supporting uptime, and collaborating with engineering teams while ensuring safety and quality procedures are followed. Onsite role requiring strong customer focus.

Qualifications

Experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance, installation, or field service.
Experience in manufacturing/automation/electronics/precision engineering industries.
Experience with electrical, mechanical, automation, robotics or industrial equipment.
Non-experienced hire welcome.

Responsibilities

Perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment.
Diagnose and resolve equipment, hardware, and process-related issues.
Support customers to maximize equipment uptime and performance.
Participate in escalations and collaborate with engineering teams on technical issues.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
