Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking multiple Customer Service Engineers to be assigned to customer sites across Singapore to provide installation support. Training is provided to help you become proficient in semiconductor equipment servicing.

Contract: 12 months. Responsibilities include installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and ensuring maximum equipment uptime, while delivering strong customer-facing support and teamwork with engineering colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance, installation, or field service preferred.
• Experience with manufacturing, automation, electronics, aerospace, or precision engineering is a bonus.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment, hardware, and process-related issues.
• Support customers to maximize equipment uptime and performance.
• Participate in escalations and collaborate with engineering teams on technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
