Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to be assigned to customer sites in Singapore. You will perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair to maximize equipment uptime and performance.

We welcome candidates with semiconductor equipment maintenance or field service experience across manufacturing, automation, electronics, aerospace, or related industries. Strong communication and customer-service focus are essential.

Qualifications

Semiconductor equipment maintenance, installation, or field service experience.
Maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, or field service experience from manufacturing, automation, electronics, aerospace, precision engineering, or related industries.
Experience working with electrical, mechanical, automation, robotics, or industrial equipment.
Non experienced hire are welcome

Responsibilities

Perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment.
Diagnose and resolve equipment, hardware, and process-related issues.
Support customers to maximize equipment uptime and performance.
Participate in escalations and collaborate with engineering teams on technical issues.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
