Job summary

ARISTOS SEARCH LLP in Singapore maintains post-sale relationships and serves as the primary contact for account issues. You will provide engineering build quotes, manage pricing and payments, and prepare KPI-driven QBRs within the Sales organization.

This role requires experience in the semiconductor industry, a minimum of five years in sales, customer service, or planning, and strong Excel skills. Travel may be required to support global teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in in-house sales, customer service, or planning functions.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, serving as the primary day-to-day contact to ensure effective communication
• Provide accurate engineering build quotes to customers through the RFQ system by collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Manage Mass Production Pricing Maintenance, including resolving pricing issues, setting up new devices, and updating master quotes and customer portals
• Collaborate with billing teams to identify and resolve pricing mismatches and coordinate with factories for clarifications
• Work directly with customers to revise purchase orders and resolve payment issues efficiently
• Generate and deliver material disposition reports to customers, organize conference calls to explain liabilities, and collect additional data to facilitate payment resolution
• Review customer forecasts and commitments weekly, provide monthly capacity statements, and drive revenue attainment
• Prepare Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by liaising with factories to gather KPI data such as shipment and on-time delivery performance for customer presentations
• Manage customer escalations related to loading and shipment to ensure timely resolution
