Job summary

Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Sales Support professional in the semiconductor/electronics sector. You will handle sales enquiries, prepare quotations, and liaise with suppliers on pricing, while coordinating with the Sales team on new projects and updating project information in the supplier system.

Additionally, you will track quotations and project progress, manage costing, margins and wastage, and assist inventory control with regular sales reports.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor/electronics industry.
• Experience in product costing, quotations or sales support will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle Sales enquiries, prepare quotations and liaise with suppliers on pricing.
• Coordinate with Sales on new projects and update project information in the supplier system.
• Track quotations, project progress and ensure timely follow-up.
• Manage product costing, selling prices, margins and wastage reports.
• Assist the Sales team with inventory control and regular sales reports.
