Job summary

ARISTOS SEARCH LLP is seeking a backend process engineer for pricing to support global pricing administration, costing, and billing across Sales,Factories and Business Units. The role emphasizes SAP pricing and billing expertise, OSAT cost drivers, and cross-regional collaboration in a fast-changing semiconductor environment.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering and at least 5 years in the semiconductor industry, with strong Excel skills and the ability to translate technical requirements

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry.
• Prior OSAT experience with exposure to assembly and/or test processes is strongly preferred
• Strong working knowledge of SAP pricing and billing processes.
• Strong IT aptitude and comfort working across multiple systems and data sources.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to manipulate large data sets are a must.
• Strategic thinker with a proven ability to translate technical requirements/issues into the business context or vice versa.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written communication skills
• Independence, able to multi-task, and collaborate with cross functional and cultural groups.

Responsibilities

• Support global pricing administration, costing, and billing execution across Sales, Factories, and Business Units.
• Provide pricing and cost insights to support profitable decisions and drive continuous improvement in pricing administration processes.
• Collaborate across regions, functions, and systems to ensure accurate and timely billing and pricing data.
