Job summary

SEIKI GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a sales professional to execute sales processes, address customer queries, prepare quotations, and negotiate terms. The role focuses on expanding the client base while servicing existing customers and providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.

You will prepare weekly management reports and support the Sales Manager with technical presentations. Prior involvement in quotation evaluation and repair service support is valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in semiconductor industry or related field preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills.
• At least 2 years of working experience in semiconductor industry or related field.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales processes, handle customer queries, provides quotation and negotiation.
• Expand new client base, maintain and service existing clients.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare weekly sales report to management.
• Support Sales Manager in preparation of technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
• Attend enquiry and evaluation of repair work requirement.
• Liaise with technical manager and other relevant staff in the evaluation and resolution of any quotation / order issues before submission of quotation
• Resolve problems with customer after repair service.
• Other duties as assigned.
