Job summary

Silicon Box Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer to manage customer quality issues and field claims in a semiconductor environment. You will drive root cause analysis, containment, corrective actions, and improvements to processes to prevent recurrence.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in semiconductor production, with at least 3 years in customer-facing roles, and strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor production.
• At least 3 years in customer-facing roles.
• Working knowledge of FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, 8D methodology, change management, and statistical tools.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor reliability standards and analysis methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate review of customer documents and translate requirements into internal quality processes.
• Build strong customer relationships to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
• Lead customer issue-resolution activities including root cause analysis and containment.
• Provide timely engineering insights, including failure analysis reports and customer presentations.
• Analyze data and drive validation to mitigate identified risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Support new product and process introductions, ensuring timely qualification for launches.
• Identify trends and actions to meet or exceed Customer Quality Scorecards.
