Job summary

Storefriendly Group is seeking a Sales Executive to convert enquiries into customers across WhatsApp, phone, web, and email. You will manage inbound leads, understand customer needs, and guide them to storage solutions, with emphasis on fast responses and strong follow-ups.

You will own the end-to-end sales process, achieve targets, upsell services, log interactions in CRM, and ensure a smooth handover to Customer Service for onboarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles
• Strong communication skills (spoken and written English)
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone, and digital tools as primary sales channels
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple leads concurrently

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound enquiries promptly and take ownership from first contact to conversion
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and maintain strong enquiry-to-conversion ratios
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant services and handle objections
• Assist walk-ins coordinating with on-site teams
• Update CRM with lead statuses, interactions, and notes; provide reporting
