STOREFRIENDLYGROUP is seeking a Customer Service Executive to assist customers in selecting storage solutions, managing rental agreements, and resolving service issues. The role supports branch operations in a friendly, professional environment across multiple Singapore locations.

Responsibilities include handling on-site viewings, processing transactions, resolving escalations, managing inventory, and coordinating maintenance with relevant departments.

Qualifications

• At least GCE 'N' or 'O' Level and 1 year of work experience.
• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle on-site viewings and assess customer storage needs.
• Process sign-ups, payments, move-ins/move-outs, and merchandise sales.
• Address complaints with composure and quick resolution.
• Manage inventory and marketing materials; coordinate with vendors.
• Support site operations and maintain accurate records of interactions.
