Job summary

STOREFRIENDLYGROUP is seeking a Customer Service Executive to assist customers in selecting storage solutions, managing rental agreements, and resolving service issues. The role supports branch operations in a friendly, professional environment across multiple Singapore locations.

Responsibilities include handling on-site viewings, processing transactions, resolving escalations, managing inventory, and coordinating maintenance with relevant departments.

Qualifications

• At least GCE 'N' or 'O' Level and 1 year of work experience.
• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handling on-site viewings:Assessing customers' storage needs and recommending suitable storage units, services, or merchandise.
• Transaction Processing:Sign-ups, payments, move-ins, move-outs and merchandise sales.
• Problem-Solving, Escalation & De-escalation:Addressing customer complaints in real-time, requiring a high level of composure and immediate conflict resolution skills.
• Inventory & Asset Control:Stock requisition and organization of merchandise and marketing materials.
• Site Management and Maintenance:cooperate and/or coordinate with relevant departments and/or vendors, scheduling and overseeing routine checks and maintenance for building systems.
• Administrative Support:Maintaining accurate records of interactions, sales and inventory.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Active Listening & Empathy:Understand both verbal and non-verbal cues to understand customer needs.
• Critical Thinking & Adaptability:Prioritize urgent tasks over routine administrative tasks especially during high-traffic periods.

Working Hours

5 days work week, Sunday and Public Holiday off
Monday - Saturday 0900 - 1830 or 1030 - 2000 with 1 rotational day off

Work Location

• West and Central - Jurong East, Clementi, Leng Kee or Bukit Merah
• East - Hougang, Paya Lebar, Ubi or Bedok
