Job summary

Storefriendly is seeking a Senior Customer Service Officer to assist customers in selecting storage solutions, manage rental agreements, resolve issues, and support branch operations in a friendly, professional environment.

The role focuses on in-person engagement, viewings, payments, and daily administrative tasks at our Singapore branches. Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least GCE 'N' or 'O' Level
• 1 year of work experience in sales or customer service

Responsibilities

• In-person engagement: greeting visitors and addressing inquiries via walk-ins or appointments.
• Handling on-site viewings: assessing storage needs and recommending units or services.
• Transaction processing: sign-ups, payments, move-ins/move-outs and merchandise sales.
• Problem-solving, escalation & de-escalation: manage complaints with composure.
• Inventory & asset control: manage stock and store materials.
• Site management & maintenance: ensure safety, cleanliness and brand standards.
• Administrative support: maintain records and coordinate with back-office.
