SECUREX GS PTE. LTD is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead end-to-end sales in security systems, covering territory expansion, solution design, and deal closure.

You will engage clients from initial consultation through proposal development, pricing, and delivery, while building partnerships with vendors and stakeholders. A proactive professional with strong technical sales acumen will excel in a competitive landscape.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• At least 5 years in security systems sales or related fields.
• Experience with tenders & RFQs and consultant-led specs.
• Proficient in MS Office; basic IP networking knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales lifecycles with a focus on territory expansion and business growth.
• Analyze customers' security concerns and gaps to tailor solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads.
• Promote security system solutions, upsell services/products.
• Negotiate terms and close deals; conduct site assessments and presentations.
• Design and configure customized system solutions based on client needs.
