Job summary

GMP Technologies, a European security system supplier, is seeking a Sales Manager to establish and lead the dealer network across Southeast Asia. You will develop sales strategies, expand market share, and build strong relationships with customers and partners.

You will analyze market trends, collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service, and travel up to 50% regionally. A Bachelor's degree and proven sales leadership in security or related systems are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as Sales Manager or in a sales leadership role.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in Security Dealer or System Integrator preferable from Video, Public Address or Software Control (Building Management Systems).
• Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and processes.
• Should have team leading skills for a small sales team.
• Able to travel up to 50% regionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales goals and expand market share.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of sales budgets and forecasts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Address escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to senior management.
• Provide training to all partners
• Managing exhibitions and other sales events
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
