Job summary

Soverus Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a dynamic Sales/Business Development professional to drive growth in complex integrated security solutions. You will manage the end-to-end sales cycle for CCTV, access control, intrusions, PA systems, bollards and barriers, engaging consultants, end users and main contractors.

Leverage your IT/engineering background to interpret construction drawings and specifications, and to secure new business opportunities while meeting quarterly quotas and margin targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, Engineering or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
• Experience with Security Systems/Solution offering.
• Strong network with Consultants, End users, M&E contractors, and Main Contractors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
• Capable to interpret financial concepts and business acumen.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines and targets.

Responsibilities

• Handle Complex Integrated Security Solutions (Security, CCTV, Card Access, Intrusion Detection, PA System, Bollards, Crash Barrier, Turnstiles).
• Drive customer development from order intake to meet quarterly sales quota, gross margin, and build valued partnerships.
• Maintain latest system knowledge applicable to relevant markets.
• Lead sales break-throughs and disciplines to achieve aggressive targets.
• Prepare Go-To-Market initiatives and create awareness.
