Qualifications

Minimum NITEC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
At least 5 years of sales/business development experience in security systems, ELV, ICT, Fire, BMS, or related areas.
Experience with tenders & RFQs and consultant-led specifications.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), Microsoft Project, MS Teams and AutoCAD.
Knowledge of basic IP networking concepts like IP addressing, subnetting, PoE, LAN vs WAN, and network topology for security systems.

Responsibilities

Manage full sales lifecycles with a focus on territory expansion and business growth.
Analyze customer security concerns and overall security posture.
Proactively engage new customers and hunt for new opportunities.
Promote security system solutions including upselling of services and products.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
Conduct sales presentations and site assessments to understand requirements.
Design and configure customized system solutions based on client needs.
Prepare detailed and competitive price proposals.
Manage partnerships with vendors and subcontractors for collaboration.
Monitor sales performance and KPIs to hit annual targets.
Travel regionally and internationally as required.
