UNIFORCE SECURITY SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Executive/Manager to oversee day-to-day security operations across multiple sites in Singapore.

This field-based role requires frequent travel, quick decision-making under pressure, and a strong focus on client satisfaction and officer welfare. You will manage duty rosters, serve as the main point of contact for officers and clients, conduct site visits to ensure SOPs are followed, and work with the command centre and compliance teams

Qualifications

• Security-related experience or qualifications is a plus.
• Positive attitude, integrity, self-discipline, and a high sense of responsibility.
• Ability to lead by example.
• Able to work independently.
• Willing to be on standby and respond when operations support is needed.
• Strong sense of ownership and empathy towards frontline officers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic IT systems.
