Job summary

Singapore Security Force Pte Ltd is seeking a responsible Security Deployment & Operations Administrator to manage daily deployment, manpower allocation, duty rosters, and operational coordination.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in security deployment or security operations, be able to handle urgent manpower arrangements, and coordinate with site supervisors and the Operations Team. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily deployment and allocation of security officers across sites.

• Arrange relief officers for absenteeism and last-minute changes.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, officers, and Operations Team.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and shortages.
• Handle urgent deployment changes and operational issues promptly.
• Maintain deployment records and operational reports.
• Verify licensing, training, and deployment requirements.
• Provide after-hours support for urgent matters.
• Perform other admin and operational duties as assigned.

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Security Deployment & Operations Administrator to manage daily security officer deployment, manpower allocation, duty rosters, and operational coordination. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in security deployment or security operations and be able to handle urgent manpower arrangements and last-minute changes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily deployment and allocation of security officers across various sites.
• Prepare and maintain duty rosters, shift schedules, and manpower plans.
• Arrange relief officers for absenteeism, emergency leave, and last-minute replacements.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, security officers, and the Operations Team.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and manpower shortages.
• Handle urgent deployment changes and operational issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate deployment records, duty schedules, and operational reports.
• Verify that security officers meet site-specific licensing, training, and deployment requirements.
• Provide after-hours support for urgent deployment and operational matters.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in security deployment or security operations is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of security manpower planning, scheduling, and deployment coordination.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative tasks.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and perform under pressure.
• Responsible, organised, and detail-oriented.
• Must be contactable after office hours for urgent operational matters.
