Job summary

Golden Shield in Singapore is seeking an Operations Executive to support the day-to-day running of guarding operations across client sites, coordinating rosters with site supervisors and the command centre, and ensuring timely client communications.

The role is full-time and office-based with occasional site visits. You will onboard new sites, follow up on incident reports, and participate in upgrading training funded by the company and linked to performance bonuses.
