A legal firm in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide full secretarial and administrative support. This role includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing legal documents, and tracking billing. Job description
  • Provide full secretarial and administrative support including responding to emails, letters, and faxes.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, book travel arrangements, and handle expense claims.
  • Prepare and handle correspondence, record updates, legal documents, court bundles, and other related paperwork.
  • Prepare and send out bills, including drafting bill narrations; track billing status and follow up with reminders as needed.
  • Any other matters/projects that the management may require assistance with from time to time.
Requirements
  • Minimum qualification of ‘O’ Level, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in any discipline.
  • Minimum three years of working experience in conveyancing work.
  • Possesses strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask and perform effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and IT‑savvy
