Job summary

TDCX TALENT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Temp Customer Service Officer (Chai Chee) to provide support across phone, email and live chat, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–6:00pm.

No experience is required and candidates with a minimum GCE A Level are welcome to apply. Proficiency in MS Office and good typing skills are expected, along with a strong customer service mindset and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support across phone, email and live chat platforms.
• Understand customer enquiries and concerns and deliver clear, effective solutions to resolve issues promptly.
• Strive to resolve cases at the first point of contact, coordinating with internal teams and external partners when required.
• Share constructive suggestions on systems, processes, tools and guidelines to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality service by following established procedures and service protocols.
• Build positive customer relationships with empathy, professionalism and a proactive service mindset.
• Undertake additional tasks and support the ongoing implementation of the Quality Management System.
