Qualifications

• HR experience in Singapore, Thailand, and Philippines required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HRBP for Singapore, Thailand, Philippines and other SEA markets.
• Manage employee relations matters such as investigations and performance management.
• Support onboarding and talent acquisition processes.
• Drive process improvements across HR operations.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws across SEA countries.
