Recruit Express Services Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Sea Freight Export Operations Executive to join their team at Changi South. You will manage end-to-end sea freight export shipments, ensure timely documentation, and deliver excellent service to customers and overseas partners.
Responsibilities include handling HBLs, TradeNet declarations, CW1 usage, AMS/ISF filings, invoices and packing lists. The role requires 2–3 years in freight forwarding and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
We are looking for an experienced Sea Freight Export Operations Executive to join a global freight forwarding leader at their Changi South office. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end sea freight export operations, ensuring timely and accurate documentation, and delivering excellent service to customers and overseas partners.
Manage LCL and FCL export shipments end-to-end across Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East, and the Americas
Create and verify House Bills of Lading (HBL), including Switch BL where required
Declare export permits via TradeNet — including OE/DS permit types, FTA certificates, and Certificate of Origin (COO)
Liaise with shipping lines on shipping instructions, BL amendments, and carrier bookings
Coordinate with overseas offices, subcontractors, and hauliers on shipment logistics and CY/KD deliveries
Handle AMS Filing and ISF Filing for U.S.-bound shipments
Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, and customer billing documentation
Handle DG documentation and obtain carrier DG approvals where required
Manage cargo irregularities and ensure adherence to customer SOPs
Ensure timely closure of all export shipment files within month-end deadlines
Must-Have:
Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on sea freight export operations experience in a freight forwarding environment
Proficient in CargoWise (CW1) — this is a key requirement
Active experience with TradeNet export permit declarations (OE/DS, FTA, COO)
Familiar with HBL drafting and verification
Knowledge of AMS/ISF filing for U.S. shipments
Good to Have:
Experience with DG documentation and carrier DG approvals
Familiarity with Letter of Credit (L/C) documentation
Experience handling Switch BL
Salary: $3,000 – $4,000/month (commensurate with experience)
Location: Changi South (accessible via public transport)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
