Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator for a well established freight forwarding company in Singapore.

Based at Loyang Way, you will coordinate shipment operations with overseas offices and local contractors, and keep customers informed on progress. You will handle shipping documentation, customs declarations, data entry into the in-house system, and related duties. The role offers a Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm schedule with a monthly salary of SGD 3,500–4,500 plus AWS and

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management required.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role preferred.
• Sysfreight knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all shipment operations with overseas offices and local contractors.
• Keep customers and all parties promptly informed on shipment progress (collection, shipping date, arrival date, etc.).
• Handle and process all shipping documentation.
• Perform customs declarations.
• Data entry of shipment details, invoices, etc. into the in-house operations system.
• Undertake other related operational duties as required.
• Report to Operations Manager.
