You will analyze market trends, identify opportunities and risks, and provide regular reports to support business decisions while maintaining strong customer relationships in off-highway segments.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in sales management and business development within the automotive aftermarket sector.
• Experience in off-highway parts (earth-moving, industrial, marine, mining) is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive/off-highway industry, products, sales channels and marketing strategies.

Aufgaben

• Manage distributor relationships to ensure planned sales levels across SEA markets.
• Prospect and open new distributor accounts, expanding beyond SEA as needed.
• Monitor distributor performance and drive achievement of sales targets.
• Analyze market trends and competition in off-highway segments (earth-moving, industrial, marine, mining).
• Define opportunities and risks from market analysis and develop action plans for market development and product launches.
• Report regularly to head of sales with a focus on growth drivers and risk mitigation.
• Visit customers to strengthen relationships with regional partners.
• Conduct market research on products and competitors in off-highway applications.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to support sales targets.
