PENN ENGINEERING is seeking a BD Manager for E-Mobility in Rest of Asia. You will drive the strategic vision to grow fastener and precision components in Asia, manage all E-Mobility BD activities, and translate regional successes to other markets.

You will develop customer penetration plans, segment markets, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver on revenue targets. The role requires strong negotiation, leadership, and long-hours travel to build key accounts.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or above, mechanical or automotive engineering preferred.
• Experience in managing technical selling / design-in with technical aptitude.
• Project management background is a big advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, summarize and report macro economy and automotive market data.
• Develop and propose account-level sales strategy for new and existing customers.
• Propose yearly budget in terms of volume and unit price per account.
• Manage daily activities to meet targets: price negotiations, rolling forecasts, AR, stock management.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, payments, and quality issues with customers.
• Maintain and improve customer relationships through visits and high-level meetings.
• Coordinate with internal functions to better serve customers.
