Job summary

V-SWIFT PTE. LTD. seeks an ICT Executive to manage ICT devices, provide user support, and coordinate AV setups in schools. The role covers device management, application support, and collaboration with Desktop Engineers.

Responsibilities include equipment handling, event support, digital literacy lessons, and inventory management. MOE registration and classroom IT experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimally possess a Diploma in any field.
• Experience as ICTExecutive or equivalent role in local school(s) is preferred.
• MOE registered is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide management of ICT devices, equipment, peripherals and gadgets for the ICT department.
• Provide technical and applications support for users.
• Maintain and handle school-shared ICT devices; deliver and set up ICT devices and resources.
• Assist leaders, management, and teachers with ICT-related tasks.
• Support and report to the HOD ICT, Subject Head ICT, and ICT Manager.
• Support and work with Desktop Engineers deployed in schools.
• Assist in audio, projector, and notebook setup during school programmes and events.
• Assist in audio and video production when necessary.
• Provide technical support during school hours for non-SSOE devices and ALP equipment; manage ALP cycles.

MOE registered
