You will handle e-broadcast uploads, maintain ICT asset inventory, and assist with AV setup for presentations, ensuring adherence to data guidelines and branding. Collaboration with the ICT Manager is essential for smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder in one of the local polytechnics; or ITE graduate (Higher Nitec).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Gmail.
• Able to take photographs and videos using a DSLR camera.
• Basic knowledge of audio mixing consoles, wireless microphone setups, and HDMI projection systems.

Responsibilities

• 1. IT Device Management: Manage daily ICT resource scheduling, loan of devices, and verify borrowers identities; track loans via FormSG and ensure devices are accounted for.
• Liaise with MDM vendor for basic software updates, ensure learning apps installed, and perform routine device checks.
