Job summary

GREENSAFE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an ICT Support Assistant for a Singapore school to manage ICT devices, provide user support, and deliver equipment in classrooms and common areas.

You will assist school leaders, teachers, and the ICT team, help with AV setups for events, and contribute to digital literacy lessons using Microsoft and Google tools.

A Diploma, MOE registration, and at least one year of experience are required, with a readiness to troubleshoot and maintain shared devices.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder in any field.
• At least 1 year of working experience.
• MOE registered.
• Knowledge in troubleshooting and technical support of ICT devices.

Responsibilities

• Manage ICT devices, equipment, peripherals, and gadgets under ICT department
• Provide technical and application support for users
• Maintain and handle shared ICT devices; deliver and set up devices in rooms/areas
• Assist school leaders, management, and teachers with ICT-related tasks
• Support and report to HOD ICT, Subject Head ICT, and ICT Manager
• Assist in AV setup for school events (projector, audio, notebook)
• Assist in audio and video production when necessary
• Provide technical support for non-SSOE devices and ALP ICT/Robotics equipment (testing, counting, reviewing, charging, packing)
• Conduct Digital Literacy and Technological Skills lessons (Microsoft, Google, ICT/video-related) for students
