Job summary

Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an ICT Executive to join our team in a dynamic school-focused environment. You will support and optimize technology infrastructure, manage devices, provide technical and application support, and assist with AV setups.

The role requires at least 2 years in ICT, MOE-registered, and a Diploma. You will work with HOD ICT and Desktop Engineers to ensure smooth operations and digital literacy training for students.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
• MOE-registration with the Ministry of Education, Singapore.
• Experience in ICT in a local school environment (primary school experience preferred).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; hands-on hardware and AV troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for engagement with students and staff.

Responsibilities

• ICT Device, inventory management and asset tracking.
• Provide day-to-day technical and application support to students and staff.
• Handle AV setups and video editing for school events.
• Deliver digital literacy training and user guidance for Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
