We're Hiring: ICT Executive!

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive ICT Executive to join our team in Singapore. As an ICT Executive, you will play a key role in supporting and optimizing our technology infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and delivering innovative solutions. Role: ICT Executive

The ICT Executive will support the school's ICT operations, including device management, technical and application support, shared ICT resources, AV setup, audio/video production, ALP ICT/robotics equipment, and digital literacy training. The role will work closely with the HOD ICT, Subject Head ICT, ICT Manager, and Desktop Engineers.

Key Responsibilities

1. ICT Device & Inventory Management

• Manage, maintain, and track ICT devices, equipment, peripherals, and shared resources.

• Deliver, set up, and pack ICT resources across various school rooms and event locations.

• Test, count, and maintain Applied Learning Programme (ALP) / Robotics equipment before each usage cycle.

• Track inventory, identify obsolete equipment for disposal, and recommend new purchases to the HOD ICT.

2. Technical & Operational Support

• Provide day-to-day technical troubleshooting and application assistance to students, teachers, and staff.

• Support non-SSOE devices during school hours.

• Work closely with deployed Desktop Engineers to deliver seamless technical resolution.

• Assist school leaders, management, and the ICT team (HOD, Subject Head, ICT Manager) with administrative and technical tasks.

3. Audio-Visual (AV) & Media Production

• Handle complete AV, projector, and laptop setups for daily activities and major school events (e.g., National Day, Founder's Day, Grad Night, festive celebrations).

• Assist in audio, video, and media production for school programs and promotional activities.

4. Training & Student Facilitation

• Conduct Digital Literacy and Technological Skills lessons for primary school students.

• Provide student training on Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace tools, and video creation/editing.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Diploma in any discipline.

• Registration: Must be MOE-registered with the Ministry of Education, Singapore.

• Experience: Prior experience as an ICT Executive or similar IT support role within a local school environment (primary school experience strongly preferred).

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

  • Hands-on knowledge of hardware, software, and non-SSOE device troubleshooting.

  • Hands-on experience with AV equipment setups and video editing software/tools.

• Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to engage effectively with young students and school staff.
