Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years in programme operations, delivery, or coordination in academia, education, or public sector.
• Experience supporting student programmes, scholarships, or large-scale events advantageous.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management with senior academics, industry partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented with accuracy in administration, records, and reporting.
• Strong commitment to student development and providing empathetic support in a structured programme.

• Own end-to-end scholarship lifecycle delivery across outreach, admissions, and selection.
• Lead selection processes with rigour and alignment to programme standards.
• Ensure compliant, timely scholarship disbursement and financial processes.
• Continuously optimise workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Deliver data-driven operational insights and reporting for decision-making.
