Job summary

SingHealth Group seeks a detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end administration of fellowship and scholarship programmes funded by ministry, cluster and philanthropic sources. You will be a key contact for SingHealth institutions, guiding policy, eligibility, funding and award administration, as well as overseeing financial management and governance compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies or related discipline.
• Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in HR administration, process improvement, or Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships across multiple institutional stakeholders.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing deadlines independently.
• A collaborative team player who is equally comfortable working independently when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of assigned fellowship and scholarship programmes, from grant calls and nomination reviews to coordinating selection panel interviews and administering awards.
• Provide guidance on programme policies, eligibility requirements, funding support and award administration with SingHealth institutions and stakeholders.
• Oversee administration and financial management, including changes, records, claims, fund utilisation, and reporting to funders, ensuring governance compliance.
• Coordinate the annual awards ceremony to deliver a meaningful experience for award recipients.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by streamlining processes, updating SOPs, and exploring automation opportunities to boost efficiency.
