Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in logistics or supply chain is preferred.
• 3–5 years of sea operations experience is beneficial.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Familiar with SAP and logistics software.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Customer-focused with ability to work independently and in a team.

Aufgaben

• Receive and process shipment orders triggered by customers.
• Book freight with nominated carriers according to guides.
• Provide quotations for warehousing, transportation and documentation services.
• Liaise with truckers to collect and truck empty containers to depots and port for loading.
• Prepare permits and other relevant applications/declarations.
• Prepare letters of credit and final shipping documents.
• Monitor shipping documents for clearance and regulatory compliance.
