UNITED PERSONNEL SERVICES in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage customer bookings and export shipments. The role operates 5 days a week, from 9am to 5pm, and is based at Jurong East near the MRT.

You will coordinate with carriers, verify invoices, and provide timely updates on shipment status, while ensuring accuracy of records and on-time delivery for customers.

Qualificações

• 2 to 3 years of experience handling export shipments.
• Familiar with export consolidation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Handle and process customer bookings promptly, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and verified.
• Provide updates on customer bookings and shipment progress.
• Arrange bookings directly with carriers or consolidators for both full and partial shipments.
• Confirm space arrangements and communicate shipment details to customers in a timely manner.
• Coordinate trucking and cargo collection services when required by customers.
• Provide timely updates to customers on any vessel schedule changes, delays, or shipment status updates.
• Ensure cargo is received in good condition and promptly report any discrepancies or damages.
• Verify vendor invoices and ensure proper closure of shipment files.
