Job summary

GOODMAN EMPLOYMENT AGENCY is seeking a Logistics Admin to support admin, inventory, and warehouse tasks at our site in Changi South. The role requires handling order requests, coordinating with service teams, and maintaining documentation and stock data.

The successful candidate will perform SAP data entry, manage PLs and tracking, and conduct weekly cycle counts while supporting a fast-paced operation and Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient with SAP / ERP inventory systems.
• Strong coordination skills between Service Coordinators, Technicians and Warehouse staff.
• Comfortable handling fast-paced, last-minute urgent order requests.

Responsibilities

• Archive documentation orderly, clear monthly outstanding POs, manage customer self-collections, and handle general office/pantry replenishment and basic warehouse housekeeping.
• Coordinate parts lists (PLs), update tracking numbers, and handle daily delivery/receiving coordination with our technicians and workshop teams.
• Data entry in SAP (processing PLs, stock movements, and updating system inventory).
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and assist with stock reconciliations.
