Job Overview

We are currently looking for an experienced SAP Senior Consultant - Funds & Grants Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud, particularly in Funds Management (FM) Grants Management (GM), with exposure to non-profit, public sector, or donor-funded organizations. This role will involve delivering high-impact SAP solutions and working closely with business and technical stakeholders across complex transformation projects.

Position Details

• Position: SAP Senior Consultant - Funds & Grants Management
• Platform: SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud
• Location: Singapore /Offshore
• Employment Type: Contract (3 months)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement SAP S/4HANA Funds Management (FM) and Grants Management (GM) solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions aligned with donor and regulatory requirements.
• Configure fund structures, grant master data, budget controls, availability control, and integration with SAP FI/CO.
• Support grant lifecycle processes including budgeting, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for non-profit and donor-funded financial processes.
• Work with technical teams on integrations, enhancements, and data migration.
• Prepare documentation, conduct user training, and support change management initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud.
• Proven expertise in SAP Funds Management (FM) and Grants Management (GM).
• Experience in non-profit, public sector, or donor-funded organizations (highly preferred).
• Solid understanding of financial processes and integration with SAP FI/CO.
• Experience across full SAP project lifecycle (implementation, rollout, support).
• Ability to work as an external consultant in complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiar experience in non-profit organisation is preferred.
