Job summary

SUCCESS RESOURCE CENTRE PTE. LTD. in Loyang, Changi, Singapore is seeking a temporary logistics administrator to support daily order processing and shipping coordination.

You will act as a key liaison with customers, factories, and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipment and accurate documentation. The role requires 2+ years in sales administration or logistics coordination, familiarity with shipping terms, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum N-Level or O-Level qualification.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales administration or logistics coordination.
• Working knowledge of shipping terms, shipping documentation, L/C preparation/negotiation, and application for Certificate of Origin and Marine Insurance is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute daily order processing duties efficiently.
• Monitor truck readiness and liaise with customers to issue shipping instructions to factories and forwarders.
• Partner closely with customers, factories, and freight forwarders to guarantee timely shipment and delivery.
• Provide swift responses to customer inquiries, shipment updates, and freight quotations.
• Record orders and shipments, ensuring up-to-date and organized documentation filing.
• Coordinate and verify deposit payments prior to cargo shipment.
• Plan weekly and monthly sea shipment forecasts to optimize supply chain flow.
• Prepare accurate monthly operational reports for management review.
