Job summary

Quesscorp Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an Order Fulfillment Specialist to manage backlogs, monitor shipments, and ensure on-time delivery. You will use SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA and coordinate with supply planning, manufacturing, logistics, and regional teams across APJ to improve timelines and data accuracy.

The role requires 3–5 years in fulfillment or logistics, strong communication, and analytical skills to drive timely resolutions and maintain customer commitments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in order fulfillment, backlog management, supply chain operations, logistics, or customer operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor order backlogs, track order status, identify fulfillment risks, and drive timely resolution of shipment delays.
• Coordinate daily and weekly shipment execution to achieve quarterly shipment targets and meet customer delivery commitments.
• Monitor customer requirements, prioritize urgent orders, and ensure timely fulfillment of committed shipment dates.
• Coordinate with supply planning, manufacturing, logistics, and regional stakeholders to improve shipment timelines and delivery predictability across APJ.
• Use SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA to monitor order status, analyse backlog data, maintain data accuracy, and generate fulfillment reports.
• Identify supply constraints, order processing gaps, and potential shipment delays, escalating risks and coordinating corrective actions with relevant teams.
• Prepare regular backlog, shipment performance, and risk reports, providing visibility into progress against quarterly targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across countries and time zones to resolve order fulfillment issues and maintain operational efficiency.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and leverage digital and AI-enabled tools to streamline reporting, data analysis, and fulfillment operations.
